摘要
中小企业是中国经济发展的重要组成部分,中小企业开展对外贸易对于增加就业、社会稳定、促进中国经济的发展以及完善中国的产业结构具有重大的现实意义。但是中小企业在开展对外贸易过程中还面临一些困境,主要表现为合作方式短视化、管理制度不完善、融资渠道不畅通和自主品牌欠缺,商品结构不合理等四个方面。针对此,笔者提出了中小企业开展对外贸易的具体路径:合作方式战略化、完善中小企业的管理制度、建立健全中小企业的融资渠道和打造自主品牌,完善商品结构。
SMEs are an important part of China's economic development. Carrying out foreign trade has great practical significance for employment, social stability and promoting China's economic development and the improvement of China's industrial structure. However, in the process, it is still facing some difficulties, mainly as short-sighted cooperation, imperfect management system, the un-smooth financing channel, and the lack of independent brands. This paper proposes a specific path of SMEs in Foreign Trade: the strategy for cooperation, the improvement of the management system, establishment of financing for SMEs and their own brands, and the improvement of the commodity composition.
