摘要
分析了成分控制对6082铝合金型材性能的影响及合理的挤压工艺参数。提出了挤压时应采用的连铸或半连铸坯料的均匀化退火制度,确定了挤压出模温度的控制范围和出模后的强制冷却方法以及6082铝合金型材的时效工艺参数。这些参数可供同行业参考。
This paper analyses the effect of compositions on 6082 aluminum alloy profiles, demonstrates the optimal extrusion parameters, and proposes the annealing system for the continuous or semi-continuous casting billets used in the process of extrusion. The paper also determines the control range of exit-die temperature, the forced cooling method and aging pa- rameters of 6082 aluminum alloy profiles, as reference for the same industry.
