摘要
分析了2A11铝合金螺旋桨模锻件几种常见缺陷的形成原因,提出了相应的预防措施:控制金属温度450℃~470℃,锻模预热温度380℃以上;根据金属变形特点适当润滑;模锻后及时矫形;控制淬火水温60℃~70℃,采用吊挂式淬火;控制淬火过程中的装料量和矫直过程中翘曲公差。
For the die forgings of 2A11 aluminum alloy for propellers, the cause of their defects are analyzed and corresponding prevention measures are put forward. In these preven- tion measures, the metal temperature is 450℃ -470℃ ,preheating temperature of the forging die is above 380℃, lubrication is performed based on deformation characteristics of metal, and the shape is corrected after die forging. The hanging quenching is used with water tem- perature in the range of 60~C -?0~C. Charge amount should be noticed in the quenching process and buckling tolerance should be controlled in the straightening process.
