摘要
针对大量企业采用传统提钒法制备钒产品产生的工业含钒废水的处理问题,综述了工业含钒废水处理工艺的研究进展,分别详述了沉淀法、溶剂萃取法、离子交换法、电解法、吸附法和生物法的处理工艺,并对比分析了它们的优势与不足。指出:工业含钒废水的处理既是环保的要求,又可实现有价资源的回收利用;在实际应用时,可依据工业含钒废水的p H选择相应的处理工艺及处理试剂。
Aiming at the problems in treatment of vanadium-containing industrial wastewater in vanadium production by traditional methods in many factories,the research progresses in treatment process of vanadium-containing industrial wastewater are reviewed.The treatment processes are described respectively,such as precipitation method,solvent extraction method,ion exchange method,electrolysis method,adsorption method and biological method,and their advantages and disadvantages are also discussed.It is pointed that:The treatment of vanadium-containing industrial wastewaters is in accordance with the requirement of environmental protection as well as can realize the recovery of valuable secondary resources;And in the practical applications,different treatment processes and agents may be selected according to pH of vanadium-containing industrial wastewater.
