沸腾床-固定床组合渣油加氢处理技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 沸腾床渣油加氢技术与固定床渣油加氢技术组合可以明显改善固定床进料性质,大幅度降低杂质含量,大大改善固定床操作;同时可以扩大可加工的原料范围,延长操作周期。中试数据表明,加工金属质量分数分别为118,233μg/g、残炭质量分数分别为15.7%,21.1%的劣质渣油,沸腾床与固定床组合工艺均可稳定操作,所得加氢渣油金属质量分数分别为10.6,7.8μg/g,残炭质量分数分别为5.6%,5.2%,可以直接作为催化裂化装置原料,从而实现劣质渣油的高效转化。通过技术特点和技术经济分析,并与单独的固定床方案对比,发现沸腾床与固定床组合渣油加氢处理新技术具有更好的盈利能力,并可实现3 a稳定运转,从而与下游装置相匹配,实现同步开停工。 The integrated ebullated-bed and fixed-bed process can significantly improve the properties of fixed bed feedstock, substantially reduce the content of impurities and greatly improve the fixed bed operation. At the same time, it can extend the range of heavy oil feedstocks and prolong the operating cycle. The pilot test data show that the application of integrated process can realize stable operation when processing the low- quality residues oil with carbon residue of 15.7% and 21.1% and metal content of 118 ppm and 233 ppm; The hydrotreated residue oil, whose metal content and carbon residue are reduced to 10.6 ppm and 7.8 ppm and whose carbon residue are lowered to 5.6% and 5.2% respectively, can be directly used as the feedstock of FCCU for high-efficiency residue oil conversion. The analysis of the technical characteristics and technical economics of integrated ebullated-bed fixed-bed residue hydrotreating process and comparison with single fixed-bed process show that the combination process offers better economic benefit and longer operation cycle. The operation of the unit can match with that of the downstream unit, and synchronous start-up and shutdown can be realized.
