摘要
介绍了地下水封洞库的工作原理和特点,分析了国家石油储备库的运行模式,提出在水封洞库有一定承压能力和储备库进油作业不连续的条件下,油气回收的设计规模可适当缩小的理念.通过对进油操作的合理假设和油气状态的适当简化,推导出了有一定承压能力储备库油气回收规模的工程计算方法,并在国内某储备库应用.对3 000 dam3的地下水封洞库,在操作压力弹性为0.01~0.1 MPa的情况下,油气回收处理能力可减少约1/3,投资可降低约400万元.
The operation principles and characteristics of underground oil storage terminal in rock caverns are introduced, and the operation of State Strategic Oil Storage Terminal is studied. The capacity of oil vapor recovery capacity can be appropriately reduced in consideration of the certain pressure of underground oil stor- age and discontinuous oil loading operation. By proper theoretical assumption of oil loading operation and ap- propriate design of vapor recovery, a method for determining the capacity of oil vapor recovery unit which meets the engineering precision requirement has been derived and applied in a national strategic oil storage ter- minal. For a 3 000 dam3 underground oil storage terminal in rock caverns, the capacity of oil recovery unit can be reduced by 1/3 and 4.0 million Yuan RMB capital investment can be saved at an operating pressure range 0.01 - 0.1 MPa.
