通过开展高校学生事务和学术事务合作项目来促进学生的学习与发展是美国高校较为成功的教育管理经验之一。本文首先回顾了美国高校学生事务与学术事务合作的背景与内涵,其次从协同理论的视角入手,探讨了学生事务与学术事务合作背后的理论基础与实践基础,最后基于协同理论总结出了美国高校学生事务与学术事务合作产生的协同效应。

The one of the successful experience in American university depends on promote students learning and development through student and academic affairs collaboration projects and activities.
