摘要
伴随着大数据时代的到来,教育领域也迎来了大规模在线开放课程的新时代。美国"三驾马车"的问世和中国"爱课网"的搭建,开启了两国大规模在线开放课程的新纪元。文章在对比二者在教育理念和运行机制异同的基础上,提出了优化国家精品开放课程的策略:践行"开放、共享"理念,推进国家精品开放课程全球开放、共享;以"学生为中心"优化课程质量,充分发挥名师名教示范作用;加强校际、社会合作,整合教育资源,建立协调、高效的运行机制。
Along with the era of big data,education field has also ushered in a new era of large-scale online open courses.The birth of “three carriages”of USA and the construction of “love class net-work”in China opened up a new era of two large-scale online open courses.Basing on the compari-son of their two basic differences in educational concept and operation mechanism,this paper puts for-ward the optimization strategies of national quality open courses：practicing “open,sharing”concept, promoting the global openness and sharing of national quality open course;taking “the student as the center”to optimize the curriculum quality,giving full play to teachers＇exemplary role;strengthening cooperation of schools and society,integration of educational resources,establishing coordinate effi-cient operation mechanism.
