凉山州某县外出务工HIV/AIDS病人接受流入地ART的意愿调查

Willingness of receiving antiretroviral therapy offered by inflowing areas among migrant workers with HIV/AIDS in one county of Liangshan prefecture

目的了解凉山州外出务工艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人),接受流入地抗病毒治疗(ART)的意愿及其影响因素,为制定有针对性的异地治疗政策提供参考。方法选取凉山州某县187名外出务工的HIV/AIDS病人进行面对面问卷调查,并对其中16人进行个人深入访谈。结果 187名HIV/AIDS病人均为彝族农民,其中青壮年男性174人(占93.0%),文盲小学文化173人(占92.5%)。愿意在外出务工期间接受流入地ART者占75.4%。Logistic回归分析显示,最近一年吸毒[P=0.003,比值比(OR)=3.918]、城市流动率较高(P=0.003,OR=3.082)和出现过艾滋病相关疾病/症状(P=0.009,OR=2.635)的HIV/AIDS病人,对流入地抗病毒治疗的接受意愿较高。结论外出务工HIV/AIDS病人对流入地提供抗病毒治疗的接受意愿较高,有必要继续探索针对外出务工HIV/AIDS病人的异地治疗模式。

Objective To investigate the willingness and its influencing factors of receiving antiretroviral therapy（ART）offered by inflowing areas among the migrant workers with HIV/AIDS,in order to provide scientific evidence for the targeted strategy about the cross-district treatment.Method A face-to-face questionnaire was used to investigate 187 migrant workers with HIV/AIDS in one county of Liangshan prefecture and an in-depth interview was used for 16 respondents.Results The migrant workers with HIV/AIDS were yi nationality,of them 174（93.0%）were young men,173 were illiterate or primary literacy（92.5%）.The respondents who were willing to receive ART offered by inflowing areas accounted for 75.4%.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that those who had used drugs within the last year（P=0.003,OR=3.918）,had a higher rate of inter-city mobility（P=0.003,OR=3.082）,and went through AIDS-related diseases or symptoms（P=0.009,OR=2.635）were more likely to receive ART offered by inflowing areas.Conclusion The willingness of receiving antiretroviral therapy（HAART）offered by inflowing areas was high among the migrant workers with HIV/AIDS,it is necessary for them to explore the pattern of cross-district treatment.
