大学生志愿服务长效机制探究——以广州工商学院缘梦公益团队为例

A Research on Long-term Mechanism of College Volunteering——A Case based on Yuanmeng Volunteering Team in Guangzhou College of Technology and Business

大学生志愿服务是大学生贴近社会、贴近群众、贴近生活,提高认识、提升技能、服务社会的重要平台。但是在组织与参与大学生志愿服务的过程中,出现了诸如认识不到位,管理不规范,活动缺乏吸引力,信息传播不顺畅等一系列问题,影响了志愿服务的可持续发展。因此,必须通过提高认识,完善制度,丰富服务内涵,创新活动载体等一系列措施,形成大学生志愿服务的长效机制。

College Volunteering, literally serving people and society, offers a better chance to enhance college students＇ recognition and skills in life, however, in the service given by the college students, some problems negatively influence on the long-term development of volunteering, like lack of awareness, disorganized management, unattractive activities, and broken information flow, etc.. As a result, a long-term mechanism of college volunteering should be established by strengthening the awareness, improving the system, enriching the services, innovating the activities or other measures to solve the above-mentioned problems.
