摘要
军队是完成特殊任务的群体,军人的工作满意度(job satisfaction)严重影响部队的士气和战斗力。工作满意度的概念一直以来都是组织行为学、人力资源管理学和管理学等学科讨论和研究的热点之一。本文在总结其定义、影响维度和测量的基础上,对国内有关军人工作满意度影响维度及测量研究进展进行了综述。
Army is an organization to fulfill special tasks and the job satisfaction plays an essential role in the morale and battle effectiveness of military personnel. The study on job satisfaction has long been a pop subject in the field of Organizational Behavior , Human Resource Management and Management Science. Based on the summary of the definition, influential facets and measurement of job satisfaction, this paper aims to make a comprehensive review of its current situation among Chinese military personnel.
