原发性高血压与心律失常关系探讨

Discussion of the Relationship Between Primary Hypertension and Arrhythmia

目的:探讨原发性高血压与心律失常的关系。方法:随机将我院接诊的原发性高血压患者80例作为研究对象,回顾性分析他们的临床资料,总结分析原发性高血压与心律失常的关系。结果:原发性高血压患者伴发左室肥厚(LVH)心律失常发生率显著高于无LVH(P<0.05);原发性高血压患者伴发心肌缺血心律失常发生率显著高于无心肌缺血(P<0.05);年龄≥60岁者心律失常发生率显著高于60岁以下者(P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压伴发左室肥厚、心肌缺血等患者,极易发生心律失常,而且年龄越大者发生率越高。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between hypertension and arrhythmia.Methods：Randomly in our hospital admissions of 80 patients with essential hypertension as the object of study,retrospective analysis of the clinical data of them,summarize and analyze the relationship between hypertension and arrhythmia.Results：In patients with primary hypertension associated with left ventricular hypertrophy （LVH） arrhythmia incidence was significantly higher than that in LVH （P 〈 0.05）;primary hypertension patients with myocardial ischemia arrhythmia incidence was significantly higher than that of without myocardial ischemia （P 〈 0.05）; 60 years of age or older who arrhythmia incidence was significantly higher than those below 60 years old （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The patients with essential hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy,myocardial ischemia,prone to arrhythmias,and the older the incidence is higher.
