结直肠腺瘤患者肠镜下息肉切除后的复发情况及影响因素分析

Recurrence of Polyps in Patients with Colorectal Adenoma after Endoscopic Polypectomy and Its Influencing Factor Analyses

目的：研究结直肠腺瘤患者肠镜下息肉切除后的复发情况并分析其影响因素.方法：选取2009年1月～2012年3月我院收治的100例结直肠腺瘤（CRA）患者作为研究对象,患者术后1年内每6个月复查结肠镜;术后1年后每年复查结肠镜.记录患者临床资料和复发病情,分析复发的危险因素及复发病情的影响因素.结果：67例（67.00%）患者复发,年龄、代谢综合征、高危腺瘤、烟酒史、家族史是患者复发的危险因素（P〈0.05）.结论：结直肠腺瘤患者术后复发受多种因素影响,复发后息肉的危险程度呈上升趋势.

Objective： To study the recurrence of polyps in patients with colorectal adenoma after endoscopic polypectomy and analyze influencing factors.Methods：From January 2009 to March 2012,100 patients with CRA were chosen as study objects. Within 1 year after colonoscopicpolypectomy,every patient had a colonoscopy for every 6 months; after 1 year,every patient had colonoscopy once a year. The clinical features of patients were collected and the risking factors for recurrence as well as the influencing factors of recurrent condition were analysed.Results：67 patients （67.00%） had recurrent polyps after polypectomy.The age,metabolism syndrome,high-risk adenoma,history of smoking/ alcohol,family history were the risking factors of recurrence（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The recurrence of polyps after endoscopic polypectomy was related to different risking factors,and the criticality of recurrent polyps had increased.
