冠状动脉CTA诊断心肌桥与DSA对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Coronary Artery CTA with DSA in the Diagnosis of Myocardial Bridge

目的:分析冠状动脉CTA(CT血管造影)诊断心肌桥与DSA(数字减影血管造影)临床价值对比。方法:随机选择2011年1月至2015年1月我院收治的疑似冠心病患者150例作为研究对象,150例患者分别给予CTA检查与DSA检查,给予CTA检查设定为观察组,给予DSA检查设定为对照组,对比两组患者心肌桥的检出率。结果:观察组行CTA检查出50例心肌桥,检出率为33.3%;对照组行DSA检查出34例心肌桥,检出率为22.7%。观察组心肌桥的检出率明显高于对照组,两组检查对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CTA可以直接显示出心肌桥和壁血管形态学的特征,患者心肌桥深度大、范围长,收缩期的管腔越明显看到狭窄。CTA对心肌桥的临床检出率极高,可以为临床病情判断患者心肌缺血原因提供参考。

Objective： To analysis the clinical value of coronary artery CTA with DSA in the diagnosis of myocardial bridge. Methods：Randomly choose between January 2011 and January 2015 suspected coronary heart disease patients of our hospital 150 cases as the research objeet, 150 patients were given CTA and DSA examination examination,to set the CTA inspection as observation group,to set the DSA examination as control group,compared two groups of patients with myocardial bridge detection rate.Results： Observation group row CTA inspection of 50 cases of myocardial bridge,detection rate is 33.3%; DSA examination out 34 cases of myocardial bridge,detection rate of 22.7%.The detection rate of myocardial bridge observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,two groups of check clear difference contrast,statistically significant （P＇~O.OS）~Conclusion：CTA can directly display the myocardial bridge and wall of vascular morphology ~haracteristics of patients with myocardial bridge deep,long range,the systolic see narrow lumen,the more obvious.CTA the clinical detection of myocardial bridge is extremely high,can provide reference for clinical condition judging myocardial ischemia in patients with reason.
