消淋汤配合等离子电切术治疗重度前列腺增生夜尿症状和生活质量的影响研究

Study on Xiaolin Tang Decoction Combined with Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection for the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia of Nocturia and Its Impact on Quality of Life

目的:探讨消淋汤配合等离子电切术治疗重度前列腺增生(BPH)夜尿症状和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2010年10月至2014年10月我院确诊治疗的重度BPH患者126例,依据随机分配原则分为联合治疗组、等离子电切组、常规电切组,各组治疗分别给予常规经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)、经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(PKRP)和在此基础上的消淋汤辅助治疗,并进行了相应的统计分析和评分。结果:联合治疗组和PKRP组患者手术出血量、手术时间、腺体切除量对比无显著差异(P>0.05);联合治疗组和PKRP组患者腺体切除量明显高于常规电切组,联合治疗组和PKRP组患者手术出血量、手术时间明显低于常规电切组(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者夜尿次数、IPPS、QOL评分低于PKRP组,PKRP组患者夜尿次数、IPPS、QOL评分评分低于常规电切组(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者并发症发生率明显低于PKRP组,PKRP组患者并发症发生率明显低于常规电切组(P<0.05)。结论:PKRP术治疗可有效提高BPH手术治疗效果、缓解患者夜尿症状和改善患者生活质量,降低并发症的发生,配合消淋汤治疗具有更为良好的效果。

Objective： To investigate the Xiaolin decoction combined with transurethral plasmakinetic resection（PKRP） for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） effects of nocturnal symptoms and quality of life.Methods：From 2010 October to 2014 October in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of severe BPH patients 126 cases,according to the random distribution principle divided into the treatment group and PKRP group,conventional transurethral resection（TURP） group,the treatment group were treated with TURP of the prostate and transurethral resection of prostate plasma transurethral cream soup auxiliary treatment of dissipation and on this basis,and has carried on the statistical analysis and the corresponding score.Results：In the treatment group and PKRP group there was no significant difference between the amount of bleeding,operation time,amount of gland resection （P 〉 0.05）; combined treatment group and PKRP group were resected tissue weight was significantly higher than that of TURP group,combined treatment group and PKRP group of patients with bleeding volume during operation,operation time obviously lower than that of the TURP group （P 〈 0.05）;combination therapy in patients with nocturnal frequency,IPPS and QOL were lower than those of PKRP group,patients with nocturnal frequency,IPPS and QOL score were lower than those of conventional transurethral resection group （P 〈 0.05）; combination therapy in patients with complications was significantly less than the PKRP group. PKRP group the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of TURP group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Plasma electrotomy treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect,relieve the life quality of patients with BPH operation in patients with nocturia and improve,reduce the incidence of complications,with Xiaolin decoction has better effect.
