冠状动脉心内支架植入术后的护理分析

Analysis and Nursing of Coronary Artery Cardiac Stent Implantation

目的:观察冠状动脉心内支架植入术后对患者的护理措施,从而制定针对性强的护理策略。方法:选取2010年1月至2014年12月在我院接受心血管疾病行冠状动脉内支架植入手术的60例患者,回顾性总结60例患者的临床资料、护理措施、临床护理效果以及随访记录。采取多种护理措施对行冠状动脉心内支架植入术的患者,注意监测病情以及疗效观察,对可能产生的并发症做好相应预防控制措施,耐心进行健康指导。结果:60例患者冠状动脉内支架植入手术均成功,成功率为100%;患者平均住院时间为(46.2±2.8 d);术后6例患者出现并发症,经过及时治疗和精心护理,并发症状缓解。结论:冠状动脉内支架植入术后应对患者行综合护理干预,有助于及时发现病情变化,维持恢复期稳定。

Objective： To observe the coronary stent implantation in patients with heart care measures,in order to develop targeted care strategy.Methods：Select 60 cases of 2010 January to 2014 December underwent cardiovascular stent implantation for coronary artery disease in patients with operation in our hospital,were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 60 cases of clinical nursing,nursing measures,effect and follow-up record. Take a variety of measures of nursing for coronary artery stent implantation of patients,pay attention to condition monitoring and observation of curative effect,do a good job in the corresponding prevention and control measures for possible complications,patient health guidance.Results：60 patients were successful coronary stent implantation,the success rate was 100%; the average length of stay for patients （46.2 ± 2.8 d）;after 6 patients had complications after timely treatment and intensive care,concurrent symptoms.Conclusion：Intracoronary stent implantation patients respond comprehensive nursing intervention to help detect changes in condition,to maintain stable recovery,should be promoted in clinical applications.
