摘要
在当代社会现代性与后现代性交织的转型时期,"责任"是个体的人在共同生活中,通过德性外化与规则内化的过程而形成的道德自觉。而角色责任作为责任的起点成为大学生责任教育的核心。当代大学生过渡性、可塑性与多元化的年龄特征与多元价值观交织的时代特征,对其角色责任教育从角色意识、角色行为与角色能力三方面都提出了新的时代要求,因此当代大学生的角色责任教育应以大学生主体意识的培养为核心,培养角色情感、创设可能角色情境、重视"他者"的作用。
In the transitional period with modernity and post-modernity intertwined, "responsibility" is the moral consciousness of individuals formulated in communal life by way of externalizing one's virtues and internalizing the rules. As the starting point for responsibilities, role responsibility is naturally the core of college responsibility education. Considering the transitional plasticity and the ages of contemporary college students and the intertwined values ot the times, some new reqmremenrs are proposed to college responsibility education in terms of role consciousness, role behavior and role-playing competence. Contemporary college students role responsibility education should stress the cultivation of their consciousness of subjectivity and their role emotion, the creation of possible role situations, and the importance of others.
