摘要
利用低温共烧陶瓷(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic,简称LTCC)技术,设计制作了一种可应用于星载Ku频段接收机的下变频通道。该通道将放大器、混频器、滤波器等芯片或器件利用LTCC基板集成技术集成在多层LTCC基板内,实现了接收机的下变频通道中各个模块电路间的紧凑连接与集成。测试结果表明,下变频通道电性能满足指标要求。其尺寸为65mm×43mm×8.5mm,重量仅为76g。
A Ku-band receiver downconverter suitable for satellite has been designed and fabricated using Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) technology. This downconverter assembles MMICs of amplifier, mixer and filter inside a muhiplayer LTCC substrate and it realizes Receiver miniaturization, higher integration levels and higher reliability. The test results show that the electricity capabilities of this downconverter are meet to the design target. Its overall dimension is 65×43×8.5. It is only 76g in weight.
