摘要
星载机构类天线内部有转动轴,而机构上的一些低频电缆必然要经过转动轴部位,随着机构的转动低频电缆会反复弯折,如果长时间弯折低频电缆会受损或折断,从而影响天线的可靠性及使用寿命。为了提高天线可靠性及延长使用寿命,文章提出了机构类天线转动部位低频电缆的布线方法。
The inner part of the satellite institutional class antenna has the rotation axis. Some low-frequency cables are bound to be part of the axis of rotation. With institution rotating, the low-frequency cables repeatedly bending. The bending to fold low-frequency cables for a long time will damaged or break, influence the reliability and service life of antenna. In order to improve the reliability and service life of the antenna, the paper proposes the low-frequency cables wiring method of institutional class antenna rotating parts.
