摘要
针对长距离液相输送管线中出现的水锤现象进行分析,根据其原理、危害性对水锤进行分类,并介绍了水锤效应的计算方法。然后使用AFT Impulse软件,结合实际案例,对水锤效应的计算进行梳理,从工程设计方面提出预防水锤现象的措施,以减小其带来的危害。
The phenomena of water hammer existed in long distance liquid transportation pipeline was analyzed in this article. Water hammer can be classiifed based on forming principle and its harmfulness. In this article, the method for calculation of water hammer was introduced. By using software AFT Impulse and combined with practical instance, the calculation of water hammer was analyzed. From aspect of engineering, the prevention of water hammer phenomena was provided so as to decrease its harmfulness.
