摘要
研究一种辅助模具用于全自动制袋灌封,解决焊接过程中因非PVC膜过焊、烫伤产生的质量问题。通过机械运动分析、热量传递分析,结合设备自身模具结构和精度,设计制作一种辅助模具。通过应用辅助模具前、后焊接质量对比,外观质量更美观、焊接后断面厚度提高0.037 mm、抗跌落能力和抗拍打次数明显提高、漏液率降低80%。辅助模具的应用解决了焊接过程中非PVC膜过焊、烫伤质量问题,可有效提高焊接质量,降低软袋输液产品的漏液率。
In this article, one auxiliary mould was studied for automatic soft bag iflling and sealing so as to solve the problems in quality that over-welding was occurred to non-PVC iflm. Through mechanical movement analysis and heat transfer analysis, and combined with the structure and precision of the mould for equipment itself, one auxiliary mould was designed. By comparing the welding qualities before and after using this mould, it was found that with use of the mould, the outlook is more perfect, the sectional thickness increases 0.037 mm, the ability for anti-dropping and anti-lfapping is apparently enhanced and the rate of liquid leakage reduces 80%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the auxiliary mould can effectively solve the problems of over-welding and hot damage occurred to non-PVC iflm, and at the same times it will enhance the welding quality and reduced the rate of liquid leakage.
