摘要 植物杂种致死是一种生殖隔离亚类型,属于合子后生殖隔离方式,对物种形成与保持物种的完整性具有重要的作用,同时也是育种家培育新品种过程中可能会遇到的难题。对存在于多个物种中杂种致死事例的研究,有助于理解生殖隔离的发生机制,并把致死基因应用到作物育种程序中为作物育种提供理论指导。就植物杂种致死事例、致死影响因素、遗传模式研究、基因定位等方面进行了综述,并对现代生物信息学技术应用到杂种致死现象中进行了展望,以期进一步揭示杂种致死发生机制、致死基因的结构和功能。 Plant hybrid lethality is a sub-type of reproductive isolation, which belongs to the post zygotic reproductive isolation, and plays an important role in speciation and maintaining integrity of species, but also is a challenge encountered by the breeders in the process of developing new varieties. Studying the hybrid lethality existing in multiple species can help to understand the occurance mechanism of reproductive isolation, and apply lethal gene in crop breeding program can provide theoretical guidance for crop improvement. This paper expounded the hybrid lethality cases, lethality influence factors, genetic pattern research, gene mapping, etc., and prospected the application of modem biological information technique to hybrid lethality phenomenon, so as to further reveal the occurance mechanism of hybrid lethality and the structure, and function of lethal gene.
