加拿大职前教师教育现状分析

摘要 加拿大职前教师教育的最大特点就是每个省的立法会可以专门、独立地制定有关教育的法律,全国没有统一的教育联邦部门及教育制度。这导致了加拿大职前教师教育课程呈现多样化、城乡差别大以及理论与实践存在分岐等问题。本文主要从职前教师教育课程的变革、新教师的入职辅导计划、师范生的就业现状以及教师资格认证四个方面介绍加拿大职前教师教育现状。
