摘要
面粉是水产饲料中重要的原料,其质量的好坏取决于生产原料和制粉工艺。文章就小麦品种、种植区域及制粉工艺对面粉品质的影响作一简述。
Flour is an important material in aquaculture feeds. Its quality depends on raw material and the flour milling technology. This article described the influence of different wheat, planting area, and the flour milling technology on quality of flour.
