正交优化棕榈叶中总纤维素提取工艺的研究

摘要 试验旨在研究棕榈叶中总纤维素的最佳提取工艺条件。通过正交试验得到,碱提取法提取纤维素的最佳工艺为:氢氧化纳溶液的浓度为4%,浓度为5%次氯酸钠用量为16m L,温度为55℃,时间为1.5h,在最佳提取工艺条件下,棕榈叶中的纤维素提取率为36.24%。 The aim was to study the best extracting technology of cellulose from palm leaves.The cellulose were extracted by sodium hydroxide solution. By orthogonal experiment, the optimum extraction conditions of cellulose were as follows: sodium hydroxide lye concentration of 4%, 5% sodium hypochlorite dosage was 16 mL, temperature was 55~C, time was 1.5h.The extraction yield of cellulose in palm leaves was 36.24% at the optimal extraction process.
