The Impact of Information Personnel File Management and Countermeasures Research

目的探讨信息公开对于人事档案管理工作的影响与对策研究。方法回顾我院传统人事档案管理以及信息公开式档案管理的不同影响。结果信息公开对于人事管理可以保障广大人民群众知情权、民主权得以实现,但是也会阻碍人事档案管理工作的顺利实施。结论人事档案信息公开的实施在促进我国人事档案管理工作发展的同时,也存在一定程度的局限性。不断加强人事档案管理基础工作和对现代化、高科技人事档案管理工具的引进,从而促进我国人事档案管理工作高质量、秩序化的发展。

Objective To study the information disclosure for the influence of the personnel file management and countermeasures research.Methods To review our traditional personnel file management,and the different influence of file management information.Results Information disclosure for the personnel management ensured the broad masses of the people＇s right to know,to be able to realize democratic rights,but also hindered the smooth implementation of the personnel file management.Conclusion The implementation of the personnel file information in promoting the development of the personnel file management in our country at the same time,there is a certain degree of limitation. Continuously strengthen the personnel archives management foundation work and the modern,the introduction of high-tech personnel file management tools,thus promotes our country the development of the personnel file management,bringing high quality.
