肛瘘治疗的临床体会

Clinical Experience With the Treatment of Anal Fistula

目的：对肛瘘临床治疗方法进行阐述，分享治疗体会，为临床治疗提供依据。方法2010年～2014年我院共接收了53例肛瘘患者，对患者的临床治疗进行研究分析，对患者的治疗效果进行总结。结果此次我院为患者进行了不同的治疗方案，患者的愈合情况优秀，平均愈合时间为（24.3±3.6）d，全部53例患者中共有2例复发，占研究总数的3.77%，没有出现漏气、漏液、肛门肛管变形等症状的患者，临床治愈率是96.23%。结论肛瘘患者根据其情况来采取不同的手术方式对病情有较大的影响，患者接受正确的治疗，预后良好，治愈率高，并发症机率低，临床中应该先了解患者的症状类型，再选择手术。

Objective This paper describes the clinical treatment of anal fistula,share treatment experience, provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods Selected 53 cases of anal fistula patients from 2010 to 2014 in our hospital,analysed clinical treatment of a patient,summarized patient outcomes. ResultsThe patients in our hospital for the different treatment options,excelent healing patients,the average healing time was（24.3±3.6）days, there were two cases of recurrence in 53 patients,accounting for 3.77% of the total number of studies,the clinical cure rate was 96.23%.Conclusion Patients with anal fistula to be taken different surgical methods in accordance with its situation,have a greater impact on their condition,patients receiving the right treatment,the prognosis is good,high cure rate,low probability of complications,we should first understand the patient＇s symptoms type,then choose surgery.
