腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Ovarian Benign Tumor

目的研究分析腹腔镜手术对卵巢良性肿瘤患者治疗的效果以及预后情况。方法根据我院的70例良性肿瘤患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组33例患者接受开腹手术治疗,观察组接受腹腔镜手术治疗,对两组患者的手术治疗情况进行对比分析。结果观察组和对照组患者均顺利的完成了手术治疗,观察组患者的腹腔镜手术无失败,没有转为开腹手术的病例,观察组的患者手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间均要比对照组短,两组结果具有差异性,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜手术对卵巢良性肿瘤患者的临床治疗效果突出。

Objective To analysis the effect of laparoscopic operation on the treatment of patients with ovarian benign tumor and prognosis. Methods According to the 70 cases of benign tumor patients of our hospital,these patients were divided into control group and observation group,33 cases in the control group patients received open operation treatment,the observation group received laparoscopic operation for treatment,operation treatment in two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The observation group and the control group patients were successfully completed the operation treatment,observation of laparoscopic operationgroup of patients without fail,no conversion to open operation cases,observation of patients with operation time,operation group after the exhaust time,hospitalization timewere shorter than the control group,two groups of results had the difference,P〈 0.05.Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of laparoscopic operation on patients withbenign ovarian tumor is outstanding,can be popularized and applied.
