探讨糖尿病合并牙周病的患者进行牙周基础治疗的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Periodontal Basic Treatment in Diabetic Patients With Periodontal Disease

目的探讨糖尿病合并牙周病的患者进行牙周基础治疗的临床疗效。方法选取来我院进行就诊的糖尿病合并牙周病患者120例,将患者按照入院顺序的奇偶性进行分组,分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各60例患者。两组患者在入院后均给予常规的降糖处理,观察组患者在此基础上再给予牙周基础治疗。结果观察组患者经牙周基础治疗后,其糖化血红蛋白(Hb Al C)以及空腹血糖水平(FBG)均低于对照组患者,其血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PI)及牙石指数(CI)均低于对照组患者,组间比较具有差异(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并牙周病患者,采取牙周基础治疗,能够在患者良好控制血糖的基础上,改善牙周问题。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of periodontal basic treatment in diabetic patients with periodontal disease. MethodsSelected 120 cases of periodontal disease diabetic patients in hospital,the parity of divided into observation group and control group in the two groups,each group of 60cases. Two groups of patients were performed after admission in routine hypoglycemic treatment,observation group of patients on the basis of the basis to periodontal treatment.Results The observation group of patients after periodontal basic treatment,the glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlC）and the level of fasting blood glucose（FBG）were significantly lower than the control group of patients,the blood index（BI）,plaque index（PI）and plaque index（CI） patients were significantly lower than control group,the differences between groups was significant（P〈 0.05）. ConclusionPeriodontal basic treatment for diabetic patients with periodontal disease can,on the basis of good blood glucose control,significantly associated with better periodontal problems.
