子宫动脉栓塞联合宫腔镜清宫术在剖宫产术后切口妊娠中的应用

Uterine Artery Embolization Combined With Hysteroscopy Curettage in Application of Scar Pregnancy After Cesarean Section

目的观察分析子宫动脉栓塞联合宫腔镜清宫术在治疗剖宫产术后切口妊娠方面的效果。方法选择我院住院部所收治的剖宫产术后切口妊娠患者共计50例作为研究对象,按照数字随机表方法进行分组,25例纳入对照组,25例纳入观察组。对照组在肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤杀死胚胎后直接行清宫术,观察组则采取子宫动脉栓塞联合宫腔清宫术的治疗方案,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察与对比。结果观察组患者接受治疗期间的出血量均低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论子宫动脉栓塞联合宫腔镜清宫术治疗剖宫产术后切口妊娠的疗效确切,术中出血量小,对缩短血β-HCG降至正常时间有重要意义。

Objective To observe the effect of uterine artery embolization combined with hysteroscopy curettage in the treatment of incision after cesarean section pregnancy. Methods The inpatient admitted by cesarean scar pregnancy in patients with a total of 50 cases as the research object in our hospital. Grouped according to the random number table method,25 cases in the control group,25 cases in the observation group. The control group to kil the embryo in the intramuscular injection of methotrexate after curettage,observation group adopted therapy of uterine artery embolization combined with uterine curettage. two groups of patients with therapeutic effect were observed.Results the patients in the observation group received the amount of bleeding during treatment were significantly lower than the control group,P〈 0.05,there was statistical significance. Conclusion The efficacy of uterine artery embolization combined with hysteroscopy curettage for the treatment of scar pregnancy after cesarean section is effective,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,has important significance to shorten the blood β-HCG dropped to normal time.
