中年妇女常见妇科疾病治疗和预防保健措施探析

Health Care and Preventive Measures of The Middle-aged Woman With Common Gynecological Disease

目的探讨综合保健预防措施对中年妇科常见疾病的治疗效果。方法根据我院接收的88例妇科中年患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组,均有44例,对照组患者接受常规保健防治,观察组使用综合方案防治,观察分析防治效果。结果两组的防治效果为观察组优秀,患者的妇科症状消失时间短于对照组,患者的满意度也普遍较高一些,发展为妇科疾病的患者数量也比对照组少。结论综合保健预防方案应用于妇科高危患者的临床效果显著,患者的满意度比较高,对和谐护患关系具有很大的帮助。

Objective To investigate the comprehensive of the middle-aged common gynecologic disease treatment effect.MethodsAccording to our hospital received 88 cases of gynecological middle-aged patients to carry on the research analysis,the control group received routine care control,the observation group used a comprehensive scheme of prevention,observation and analysis of the control effect.Results The control effect of the two groups as observation group of outstanding,gynecological patients symptoms disappeared time were shorter than the control group,patients＇ satisfaction was generaly higher for some,development the number of patients with gynecological diseases were less than the control group.Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive health prevention programs used in gynecological patients at high risk of significant,patient satisfaction is high,the harmonious nurse patient relationship has a great help.
