In Elderly Patients With Chronic Drug Adverse Reactions After Telephone Follow-up Analysis

目的：总结并分析我院老年慢性病患者的不良反应，提高用药的合理性以及安全性。方法将2013年～2014年我院收治的老年慢性病患者作为研究对象，记录患者的不良反应的发生情况，对这些患者的不良反应情况进行统计分析。结果有效调查的196例患者中，出现不良反应的患者有23例，不良反应的发生率为11.73%。结论对患者进行电话随访分析具有重要的价值，可以充分了解老年慢性病患者的不良反应情况，并采取有效的措施降低不良反应的发生率。

ObjectiveTo summarize and analyze adverse drug reactions in elderly patients with chronic diseases in our hospital,to improve the rationality of drug use and safety.MethodsThe 2013~2014 year in our hospital in elderly patients with chronic diseases as the research object,and the records of adverse reactions in patients with bad condition of these patients were analyzed. Results Twenty-three cases of patients had adverse reactions in 196 cases,the probability of the occurrence of adverse reactions was 11.73%.Conclusion Giving Phone to patients and getting folow-up analysis has important value,can fuly understand the status of adverse drug reactions in elderly patients with chronic diseases,and take effective measures to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
