润燥止痒胶囊、异维A红霉素凝胶联合治疗痤疮108例临床研究

Clinical Efficacy of Itching Capsules and Different Dimensional A Erythromycin Gel in the Treatment of 108 Cases With Acne

目的对润燥止痒胶囊联合异维A红霉素凝胶治疗痤疮的效果进行分析探讨。方法将我院108例寻常痤疮患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用异维A红霉素凝胶治疗,观察组采用润燥止痒胶囊联合异维A红霉素凝胶治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率及不良反应的发生率。结果观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的不良反应的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合异维A红霉素凝胶治疗痤疮能够提高治疗效果,降低不良反应的发生率。

Objective To run dry itching capsules combined different dimensional analysis,to investigate the efficacy of erythromycin A gel in the treatment of acne.MethodsA total of 108 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into control group and observation group and control group in different vitamin A gel treatment of erythromycin. The observation group to run dry itching capsules combined therapy with different dimensional erythromycin A gel,contrast the treatment of patients with two groups of efficient and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The treatment,observation group effectiveness was significantly higher than control group（P〈 0.05）,the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was significantly lower than control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Dryness itching capsules combined different vitamin A gel acne treatment can improve the effect of treatment of erythromycin,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
