摘要
目的研究中药内服外洗治疗阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的86例阴道炎患者的临床资料,将患者分为两组,每组各43例患者。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用中药内服外洗治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为97.67%,对照组总有效率为79.07%,,观察组的阴道炎复发率较低,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药内服外洗对阴道炎患者进行治疗,能够取得更好的治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of chinese herbs wash in vaginitis.Methods Clinical data in our hospital 86 cases of vaginitis patients,the patients were divided into two groups of 43 patients each. The control group with western medicine,internal medicine group were observed outside the wash treatment,the treatment effect between the two groups of patients.Results Observation group total effective rate was 97.67%,control group total effective rate was 79.07%. Vaginitis lower recurrence rate in the observation group compared with the control group was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Chinese herbs washing treatment for vaginitis patients can achieve better therapeutic effect.
