摘要
目的探讨强直性脊柱炎使用针灸治疗的临床效果。方法根据我卫生院接收的80例强直性脊柱炎患者来进行研究分析,为这些患者提供六个疗程的针灸治疗,观察针灸治疗对于患者症状(晨僵时间、肿胀关节数、疼痛关节数)及检测指标(血沉指标、C反应蛋白)的改善情况。结果强直性脊柱炎患者接受针灸治疗后,临床中的有效率是87%,共有17例患者临床治疗效果非常突出,有32例患者的治疗效果比较明显,26例患者的症状改善,5例患者的病症改善比较轻。结论患者接受中医针灸治疗对其强直性脊柱炎的治疗效果比较优秀,临床中无副作用,患者的生活质量改善。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ankylosing spondylitis using acupuncture.Methods According to 80 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients to our hospital received research and analysis,offered six courses of acupuncture treatment for these patients,acupuncture treatment was observed for the patient＇s symptoms（duration of morning stiffness,swolen joint count,tender joint count）and tested indicators（ESR index, C-reactive protein）of improvement.ResultsThe patients with ankylosing spondylitis receiving acupuncture treatment,clinical effectiveness was 87%,a total of 17 cases of clinical treatment effect was very prominent,32 patients had a therapeutic effect more obvious. Symptoms improved in 26 patients,5 patients condition improved lighter.Conclusion Patients receiving acupuncture therapeutic for ankylosing spondylitis,effect of its relatively good. No clinical side effects. Quality of life improved significantly.
