评价不同针灸疗法治疗贝尔面瘫的疗效研究

Evaluated the Efficacy of Different Acupuncture Treatment for Bell's Palsy

目的：探讨不同针灸疗法治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效。方法入选我院2012年1月～2014年9月贝尔面瘫患者90例，随机分为三组，每组各30例，A组给予分期针刺疗法，B组给予分期针灸疗法，C组给予分期电针疗法，比较三组患者H-B量表评分和FDI评分。结果3组患者治疗后H-B评分均无统计学差异（P〉0.05），3组患者治疗后FDI评分比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论不分期针刺、分期针灸和分期针刺3种方法对贝尔面瘫的治疗效果均无差异，如医疗资源条件有限，急性期使用单纯针刺治疗即可，而恢复期应联合电针治疗。

ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment with Bel＇s palsy.MethodsSelected 90 patients with Bel＇s palsy from January 2012 to September 2014,randomly divided into three groups,each group 30 cases. A group received acupuncture stage,group B received electrical stimulation stage,group C received staging electric acupuncture therapy. Comparison H-B rating scale score and FDI Acupuncture of the three groups of patients. ResultsAfter treatment,patients HB scores were not statisticaly different（P〉 0.05）,FDI scores were not significantly different（P〉 0.05）after three groups of patients treated.Conclusion No staging acupuncture,acupuncture and electric acupuncture therapy,three methods of acupuncture treatment for bel＇s palsy no difference,as the limited medical resources. Acute phase can be used simple acupuncture treatment,the recovery should be combined with acupuncture therapy.
