摘要
目的：研究分析消化道肿瘤化疗毒副作用使用中药治疗来进行缓解的效果。方法2013～2014年我院接收了85例消化道肿瘤化疗患者，将这些患者分成观察组43例，对照组42例，观察组使用中药缓解化疗毒副作用，对照组使用西药进行治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者接受中药治疗后，临床有效率是93.02%，对照组患者的治疗有效率是76.19%。观察组患者的治疗效果比对照组优秀（P〈0.05）。结论消化道肿瘤患者接受中药辨证治疗的效果比较好，可以对化疗的毒副作用进行缓解，提升患者的免疫力。
Objective To study the application of traditional chinese medicine to aleviate side effects of chemotherapy for gastrointestinal cancer.Methods Selected 85 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients with chemotherapy,these patients were divided into observation group 43 cases,42 cases in the control group,the observation group using traditional chinese medicine to aleviate the side effects of chemotherapy,the control group using the medicine for treatment,comparison of treatment effects between the two groups.ResultsThe patients after receiving traditional chinese medicine, clinical efficiency was 93.02%,the treatment of patients in the control group was 76.19%. Treatment of observation group patients was excelent（P〈 0.05）than the control group. Conclusion Gastrointestinal cancer patients receiving traditional chinese medicine treated was better,the side effects of chemotherapy can be mitigated,to enhance the patient＇s immune system.
