不同方法治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死效果探讨

Different Methods of Treatment in Patients With Early Non-traumatic Osteonecrosis

目的：探讨早期非创伤性股骨头坏死采用中医治疗与西医常规治疗临床效果。方法本次选取早期非创伤性股骨头坏死患者60例，均为我院2012年6月～2014年6月收治，随机分组，观察组（n=30）采用院内制剂骨病回生汤治疗，对照组（n=30）采用阿伦磷酸钠片常规治疗，对治疗效果展开对比。结果观察组病例显效20例，占66.7%；有效7例，占23.3%，无效3例，占10%，总有效率为90%。对照组显效9例，占30%；有效12例，占40%；无效9例，占30%，总有效率为70%，有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论早期非创伤性股骨头坏死采用院内制剂骨病回生汤治疗，可取得理想的临床效果，对保障预后，提高患者生存质量意义显著。

Objective To evaluate the conventional western medicine treatment and clinical results in early non-traumatic osteonecrosis.MethodsThe early selection of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of 60 patients,both in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were treated,randomized to bone disease regenerative therapy（study group,n=30）and a lun sodium tablets conventional treatment（control group,n=30）to start comparing results. Results Selected patients in the observation group 20 cases,accounting for 66.7%,7 cases effective,accounting for 23.3%,3 cases ineffective, accounting for 10%,the total effective rate was 90%. Nine cases in the control group,30%,12 cases effective,accounting for 40%,9 cases ineffective,accounting for 30% of the total effective rate was 70%,a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early use of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of bone disease hospital resuscitation pil formulations can achieve the desired clinical effect,the prognosis for the protection and improve the quality of life in patients with significant meaning.
