血尿的临床检验分析

Clinical Testing of Hematuria

目的：研究分析血尿症状患者接受检验诊断情况和受影响的因素。方法2008年～2010年我卫生院共有250例体检出现血尿症状的患者，对患者进行了尿检，如果是情况不明患者还进行了肾活检，对患者的病因进行寻找，让患者住院治疗并进行半年以上的观察随访。结果血尿的产生和很多疾病有关，比如肾脏疾病，尿路疾病等，临床中通过尿检和其他检查共同来进行诊断是比较可靠的，使用较多的是显微镜检查法和瑞氏染色两种方法联合使用，对尿中的红细胞形态具有比较好的诊断。治疗后，患者的症状有所好转，100例患者完成随访后，4例前列腺增生，2例膀胱肿瘤，8例肾功能不全。其余无异常。结论血尿的产生受到多方面因素的影响，肾脏疾病和损伤都会引起，需要积极的寻找原因，提升患者的治疗效果。

Objective To study patients with hematuria diagnostic test case and affected factors.Methods A total of 250 patients with hematuria physical symptoms from 2008 to 2010,the patient had a urine test,if the situation was unknown,patients with biopsy to find the cause of the patient,the patient hospitalized and more than six months folow-up observation. Results Hematuria associated with many diseases,such as kidney disease,urinary tract diseases,etc,clinical diagnosis was common to more reliable through urine and other tests. Using more microscopy and wright＇s stain two methods in combination,erythrocytes in urine has a good diagnosis. After treatment,the patient＇s symptoms improved after 100 patients completed folow-up, four cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia,two cases of bladder tumors,eight cases of renal insufficiency. The rest without exception.Conclusion Hematuria is affected by many factors,can cause kidney disease and injury,need to actively look for reasons to improve patient outcomes.
