CT引导下射频消融治疗肺癌临床疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察CT引导下射频消融治疗肺癌的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年3月~2015年3月期间收治的40例肺癌患者进行研究,所有肺癌患者均在CT引导下行射频消融治疗,经过6个月的随访,观察患者的并发症以及生存质量状况。结果45个病灶中有40个病灶肿瘤部分坏死,3个病灶肿瘤没有变化,2个病灶肿瘤进展;40例肺癌患者中有5例患者出现并发症,其中包括2例气胸,2例肺炎,1例咳血,并发症的发生率为12.5%。结论在CT引导下行射频消融治疗肺癌具有安全、可靠、效果好、创伤小的特点,对不能采取手术治疗的肺癌患者具有重要的应用价值。 Objective To observe therapeutic effect of the CT guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods During March 2013 to March 2013,40 cases of patients with lung cancer were studied by al patients with lung cancer in CT guiding radiofrequency ablation treatment,after six months of folow-up,the observation of complications and quality of life of the patients condition.Results A total of 45 lesions in 40 lesions of tumor necrosis,3 lesions tumor did not change,2 lesions tumor progression,40 cases with 5 cases of complications in patients with lung cancer,including 2 cases of pneumothorax,2 cases of pneumonia,1 case of coughing up blood,the incidence of complications was 12.5%. Conclusion CT guided downward radiofrequency ablation treatment of lung cancer is safe,reliable,good effect,the characteristics of smal trauma, to not take the surgical treatment of patients with lung cancer has important application value.
