浅析先天性外中耳畸形的螺旋CT与手术对照观察

A Brief Analysis of the Control Observation of Spiral CT of Congenital External and Middle Ear Malformation and the Operation

目的：探讨先天性外中耳畸形术前螺旋CT检查对手术的指导价值。方法随机选取我院2008年9月～2014年12月期间收治的先天性外中耳畸形患者18例，术前对患者进行螺旋CT高分辨扫描，将图像重建结果同手术结果进行对比分析。结果本次研究中共计治疗20耳，包括17耳外耳道畸形（3耳膜性闭锁，13耳骨性闭锁，1耳外耳道狭窄），3耳正常，CT图像同手术所见相符。结论术前螺旋CT检查能够为术者提供充分的信息，但是由于中耳结构复杂，CT影像可能存在疏漏，因此术者应熟练掌握中耳的解剖结构，术前仔细阅片。

ObjectiveTo explore the guidance value of preoperative spiral CT examination for the operation before the operation of congenital external and middle ear malformation.MethodsEighteen cases of patients with congenital external and middle ear malformation were randomly selected. They were admitted by our hospital from September 2008 to December 2014. Before the operation,patients were scanned by high resolution of spiral CT,and the image reconstruction result was compared and analyzed with the operation result.ResultsA total of 20 ears were treated in this study,including 17 cases of ear external auditory canal malformation（3 cases of eardrum atresia,13 cases of ear bony atresia,1 case of ear external auditory canal stenosis）, 3 cases had normal ears,CT images conformed to the finding of the surgery. Conclusion Preoperative spiral CT examination can provide sufficient information for the performer,but due to the complexity of the middle ear structures,there may be omissions of CT image,so the performer should be familiar with anatomical structure of the middle ear and read the CT scanning carefuly before operation.
