不同的抗原修复方法在免疫组化染色中的应用

Application of Different Antigen Retrieval Methods in Immunohistochemical Staining

目的研究分析免疫组化染色使用不同抗原修复的使用情况。方法选取66例我院乳腺癌手术切除组织来进行分析,采取不处理、电炉煮沸、高压、胰酶法等抗原修复方式进行免疫组化染色,探讨免疫组化染色在不同方式下的情况。结果抗原修复选择的方法不同,组织抗原暴露就会有差异性,高压加热能够让掩盖以及交联变性的抗原暴露和修复,提升免疫组化结果的准确度,选择高压热修复方式获得阳性结果比较可靠。结论临床中根据情况来使用不同的抗原修复方式能够对免疫组化结果进行优化,对难以检测的细胞内液和细胞核提供较高的检出率,结果可靠性较高。

Objective To study immunohistochemical analysis using a different antigen retrieval.MethodsA total of 66 cases of breast cancer in our hospital surgical removal of tissue for analysis,take no treatment,electric boiling,pressure,and other aunt enzymatic antigen retrieval mode immunohistochemical staining. Immunohistochemical staining situation in diferent ways were discussed.ResultsThe repair method selected diferent antigens,tissue antigen exposure had diferences,autoclavable alow conceal and crosslinked denatured antigen exposure and repair,improve accuracy of immunohistochemistry results,the high-pressure hot fix more reliable way to get a positive result.Conclusion According to the clinical situation,the use of different antigens repair methods for immunohistochemical results can be optimized,for dificult and nuclear provide higher detection rate in the intracelular fluid and test cel,the results higher reliability.
