摘要
目的分析乡镇医院原发性高血压临床护理措施。方法对我院收治的64例原发性高血压患者进行分析,给予患者优质护理,对比前后血压变化情况。结果护理后,患者的舒张压和收缩压改善情况均优于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对原发性高血压患者给予科学合理的护理干预措施,对控制患者血压具有重要价值。
Objective To analysis the township hospital clinical nursing measures with essential hypertension（eh）.Methods The hospital treated 64 cases of primary hypertension were analyzed,patients were given high quality nursing,blood pressure changes before and after contrast.Results After nursing,diastolic and systolic blood pressure in patients with improvement were significantly better than before treatment,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）. ConclusionFor the patients with primary hypertension with scientific and reasonable nursing interventions, has important value in control of blood pressure.
