综合护理对糖尿病痛性神经病变患者的影响

Comprehensive Nursing on Patients With Painful Diabetic Nerve Disease

目的：研究分析糖尿病痛性神经病变患者接受综合护理的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年～2013年的100例糖尿病痛性神经病变患者来进行分析，1型糖尿病26例、2型糖尿病74例，随机分成干预组和对照组，每组均有50例。对照组患者使用常规护理，干预组使用常规护理和综合护理，对比两组的临床护理效果。结果干预组患者的护理后疼痛改善情况比对照组要优秀（93.54% vs 80.33%），结果具有统计学差异性，P〈0.05。结论糖尿病痛性神经病变患者接受综合护理后，其疼痛改善明显，所以为患者使用该种护理方式能够让患者的生活质量得到改善。

Objective To study the clinical effect of painful diabetic neuropathy patients receiving comprehensive care.Methods A total of 100 cases in our hospital with painful diabetic neuropathy patients from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed,26 cases of type 1 diabetes,74 cases of type 2 diabetes. Randomly divided into intervention and control groups,were 50 cases. Routine care patients in the control group,the intervention group using conventional care and integrated care,compared two groups of clinical nursing effect.Results Pain improved care of patients in the intervention group were better than the control group （93.54% vs 80.33%）,the results had a statistical difference,P〈 0.05.Conclusion Patients with painful diabetic neuropathy after receiving comprehensive care,the pain improved significantly,so for patients with this kind of care approach can make the quality of life improved.
