摘要
目的探讨初产妇产后乳腺炎患者采用综合护理干预的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的90例初产妇产后乳腺炎患者为研究对象。随机分成两组,各45例。对照组采用常规的抗炎治疗等护理干预,护理组在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理干预,并分析两种护理方式对初产妇产后乳腺炎患者应用效果。结果护理组的炎症消退比例优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对初产妇产后乳腺炎患者进行综合护理干预,能有效地缩短患者炎症恢复的时间,促进患者尽快康复。
Objective To explore the application efficacy of the comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with postpartum mastitis.Methods Selected 90 cases of primipara postpartum mastitis patients in our hospital as the research object. Patients were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each. The control group used conventional anti-inflammatory therapy and nursing intervention,nursing group were given comprehensive nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. And two kinds of nursing methods on postpartum mastitis patients with application effect were analyzed.Results Inflammation of the nursing group extinction ratio was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Postpartum acute pancreatitis patients with comprehensive nursing intervention,can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients with inflammation,promote the patient recover as soon as possible.
