摘要
目的探讨系统化综合护理干预的护理方法在对外科手术治疗的膀胱癌患者进行护理的临床疗效。方法收集62例外科手术治疗的膀胱癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。结果两组患者在经过护理完成后均有一定的效果,但观察组患者的护理效果优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对外科手术进行治疗的膀胱癌患者进行护理的过程中,使用系统化综合护理干预的方法能够提升患者的实际护理效果。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical curative efficacy of the systematic comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing methods in the surgical treatment of patients with bladder cancer care.Methods The data of 100 patients with surgical operation in the treatment of bladder cancer patients,randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Results The two groups of patients after nursing after the completion of al have certain effect,but the effect observation of nursing care group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were significant difference（P〈 0.05）,with statistical significance.ConclusionIn the process of nursing on the use of surgical operation for treatment of patients with bladder cancer,using the method of systematic comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the nursing effect of patients.
