CT诊断中心型肺癌的价值分析

Value analysis of CT diagnosis for central type lung cancer

目的探讨CT诊断中心型肺癌的价值。方法 64例中心型肺癌患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各32例。实验组采用CT诊断,对照组采用手术病理诊断,观察两组患者的诊断结果。结果比较两组患者的诊断率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的诊断结果基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT诊断中心型肺癌的诊断率高,对患者无创伤,是一种安全的诊断技术,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the value of CT diagnosis for central type lung cancer. Methods A total of 64 patients with central type lung cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The experimental group received CT diagnosis, and the control group received surgical pathology diagnosis. Diagnosis results of the two groups were observed.Results Comparison of diagnosis rates between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Diagnosis results in the two groups were similar, and their difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.Conclusion CT diagnosis provides high diagnosis rate without trauma for patients with central type lung cancer. It is a safe diagnosis method and it worth clinical promotion.
