摘要
目的探究康复新液与蒙脱石散用于放射性食管炎治疗的疗效,寻找放射性食管炎行之有效的方法。方法对我院近期收治的90例放射性食管炎患者的临床资料和治疗过程进行回顾性分析,根据患者及家属意愿,并结合患者的具体病情,将这些患者分为实验组和对照组,每组45例患者,实验组患者应用康复新液联合蒙脱石散,而对照组患者仅应用蒙脱石散。结果用药后,实验组患者有效率为95.6%,明显高于对照组(62.2%),两组对比,差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论康复新液联合蒙脱石散口服治疗食管癌放射性食管炎疗效确切,患者的满意度较高,值得在临床上推广使用。
