This article utilizes the literature material law, the expert interview law, the logical analytic method, analyzes the development status quo of Nanyang Mind Liuhe Quan, the ＂intangible heritage＂ program, which including the inheritance distribution, development situation, the status quo of declaring ＂intangible cultural heritage＂ program, the current situation of theoretical research; also analyzes the factors which restrict the development of Mind Liouhe Quan, explores on the effective ways to protect and inherit Nanyang Mind Liuhe quan.
