回归与创新:地方性本科院校体育专业教研室的重构

摘要 运用文献资料、问卷调查法,讨论地方性本科院校体育专业教研室功能的回归与创新。研究表明:大多数地方性本科院校体育教研室作用没有充分发挥,无法实现组织目标。认识不统一,教研室功能虚化,管理弱化是组织效率不高的主要原因。基于此,提出了重构体育专业教研室的基本思路:(1)明确其作用;(2)对教学教研这一主体职能的创新性回归;(3)坚持"以人为本"的教师观;(4)开放式、大课程教学观;(5) By means of literature, questionnaire and brainstorming, the article discussed something on the function regression and innovation of PE teaching and research section in local colleges. The results showed: PE teaching and research section did not fully play its own role, unable to achieve organizational goals, due to lack of united knowledge, virtual function and poor management. Based on this, the author provided some ideas to reconstruct PE teaching and research section, which included: 1) to clarify its role, 2) to return and innovate its core function of teaching ,3) to adhere to the "people-oriented" concept of teachers, 4) to develop concept of opening and wide curriculum, 5) to establish a scientific evaluation index system.
